Birthday Parties

A BGC party coordinator will organize 60 minutes of gymnastics fun including games, obstacle courses, stations and free time. Then, you are free to continue the party in our party space for 30 minutes of snacks, gifts and fun! Please reserve your party at least two weeks in advance by checking available parties on our calendar on the main page. 

BGC BIRTHDAY PARTY

​Up to 12 active participants

$225

Active participants = Participants aged 2 - 18 who are playing in gym space

Under 2: Explore the gym during free time as they are able with caregiver supervision during the first hour of the party for no additional cost. 

 

Thanks for your understanding!

*Extra friend? No problem. $8 each for active participant. 
Paid with your card on file the day of the party. 

Maximum: 16 active participants

Helpful Information: ​

  • Please plan to reserve your party at least 2 weeks in advance using our online events calendar.

  • Parties must be paid in full upon reservation.

  • Your party will "disappear" when you reserve it :) You'll receive email confirmation! 

  • Waivers are required from all guests and can be completed prior to the party using the printable waiver found here: Printable Waiver. You can also complete waivers at drop off the day of the party!

  • Participants should come with comfortable clothing. Leotards are not required. No jeans, zippers, buttons, or jewelry allowed.  

  • Bring your own food, snacks and decor. 

  • Please plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes early and plan to leave within 15 minutes of your scheduled party time. Don't worry: You'll have an hour while kids play in the gym to set up your party space.

  • Some families have found it helpful to plan some activities during their time in the party space.

    • Examples: Bingo, craft projects, simple party games, etc.

  • We'll take care of the cleanup. Just toss your garbage and get on with your day. Easy peasy! ​

Cancellation policy: Full refund if you provide more than 14 days notice. BGC credit will be given if you provide less than 14 days notice. 

 

You have 15 minutes pre and post party for set up/clean up. Time spent in the facility beyond your party reservation period plus those 15 minute windows will be billed to your card on file at our gym rental rate of $100/hour.
