Team Training

We offer year round training options to prepare athletes for competitive gymnastics through USA Gymnastics Xcel Competitions or Otter Gymnastics (ISD 544 students).

Entering a team program:

For safety reasons, an athlete must be actively involved in a recreational program to be considered for any team program. Active recreational athletes can enter our team programs two ways:

1. Athletes may receive a team invitation based on exceptional motivation and overall physical ability.

2. Parents can request that staff consider their recreational athlete after 3+ consecutive sessions in recreational programs. Athletes must display exceptional behavior, consistent dedication to recreational programming, foundational physical ability (for safety reasons) and an obvious love of the sport to be considered!
